  8. If there is any problem with your entry package the Tournament Director will notify you by phone and the Head Coach will be responsible to make sure that it is taken care of, or risk not be accepted in the tournament.

COACHES' MEETINGS

All schedules will be posted on this website.
The Head Coach will meet with a Tournament Official 1 hour and 15 minutes prior to his set game time for last minute changes or rules to be explained. All rules are printed in the guidebook except for the tiebreaker and the National Committee has modified that and you will receive a new copy at the tournament site. This new tie-breaker has been changed and is printed on this website here and on the National's website at www.aaubaseball.org.

The Head Coach will be held responsible for not knowing the changes of the schedule as he should check this website each day. Changes do happen and due to this new procedure, the Tournament Director will not be making calls of the changes. This website will be your only source to get the changes.

The above will be the procedure for all North Carolina Tournaments, except for the State Association Qualifier for Kinston and Concord.
